Which size should I order?
Measure your chest at the widest point and your waist at the belly button, then match the larger number to the size chart. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one — too tight is the most common reason people exchange.
Will it make me lose weight or burn fat?
No. A body shaper changes how your silhouette looks while you are wearing it. It does not cause weight loss and it does not burn body fat.
Is it comfortable to wear all day?
It uses a stretchable compression fit made for everyday wear. Start with 4–6 hours for the first few days. It should feel firm and supportive, never tight enough to affect your breathing — if it does, you need the next size up.
Will it show under my shirt?
The edges are seamless so there is no outline under normal shirts. Under very thin or tight fabric a faint edge can show, so pick a lighter colour under white.
Does it roll up at the waist?
Not when the size is right. Rolling at the hem is almost always a sign the vest is a size too small.
How do I wash it?
Cold hand wash with mild detergent, then dry in the shade. No bleach, no dryer, no ironing — heat kills the stretch, and the stretch is what does the shaping.
Can I wear it to the gym?
Yes, it stays in place during movement. Wash it after sweating so the fabric keeps its compression.
How much is delivery?
Rs150 anywhere in Pakistan, paid with the order on delivery. Dispatched within 24 hours, delivered in 2 to 4 days.
What if the size is wrong?
Message us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it for another size, free. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packing.
